Canon FTW!!

Recently Canon announced the 50d. and it has me contemplating a upgrade extra early. lol Not to the 50d but to the prosumer 40d that dropped last Sep.(still over $1k) hoping the price drops with the release of the 50d. The 40d is a excellent & highly praised camera body that has incredible potential and a lot of room for me to improve and longer for me to outgrow. The Canon 50d drops in October with a retail price of $1399.99 for body only and $1599.00 with the EF 28-135mm kit lens (which I already own). Yea im HYPED!

50d New & Noteworthy Features
:
•15.1MegaPixel CMOS sensor
• Digic 4 image processor
•Up to ISO 12,800 (really!)
•6.3-fps burst shooting

•In-camera vignetting fix
•Redesigned Auto Focus system with fine tuning (bananas!)
•3" VGA screen with Live View Face Detection

"July 1 is the newest date for the release of Nas’s controversial album, Nigger.
It was first supposed to be released last December, then it waspushed back to February so it can connect with Black History Month. But the title of the album caused much controversy that involved Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, and New York assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries. Jeffries called on Universal to change the album title or lose $84 million in state investments. Nas refused. About the controversy around the title of the album, which will still be released under Def Jam, Nas said: “If Cornell West was making an album called ‘Nigger,’ they would know he’s got something intellectual to say. To think I’m gonna say something that’s not intellectual is calling me a ‘nigger,’ and to be called a ‘nigger’ by Jesse Jackson and the NAACP is counterproductive, counter-revolutionary."

Nas - "Be a Nigger Too"

Nas came correct, this joint thumps harder than anything out right now. Hopefully album doesn't get delayed once again on some "it come out when it come out, aiiight".lol. Im looking foward to this
