It’s a simple site - a photo journal - made by photographer Phillip Toledano, and documenting time spent with his 98 year old father who has short-term memory loss after his mother died. This documentation hit close to home considering last week was my only living grandparent (grandmother) turned 80 years old, and I'm not even gonna front it was hard not to get choked up reading through this.
